The opportunity
Birchwell Associates is supporting an ambitious technology business in the search for an AI Product Manager. This role will suit a product professional who can combine commercial thinking, strong discovery skills and a practical understanding of modern AI products.
You will define product priorities, translate customer and business needs into clear product direction and work closely with engineering, design, data and commercial teams to bring new AI capabilities to market.
What you will be doing
- Own the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered product features and customer experiences.
- Lead discovery work with customers, stakeholders, design and engineering teams.
- Translate product opportunities into clear requirements, priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Work with engineering and data teams to assess feasibility, trade-offs and delivery plans.
- Define and monitor product metrics across adoption, engagement, retention and commercial performance.
- Support product launches, experimentation and continuous improvement after release.
What we are looking for
- Strong commercial experience in product management within a technology, SaaS or digital product environment.
- Experience taking products or major features from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- A practical understanding of AI products, machine learning, large language models or data-led product development.
- Confidence working closely with software engineers, designers, data specialists and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and experience using product data to guide priorities and measure results.
- Clear communication, sound judgement and the ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous product problems.
What is on offer
- Salary between €90,000 and €120,000, depending on experience.
- Remote working across Europe.
