How do we manage the process?
- One of our Directors will have a conversation with you about Terms of Business and the in depth details for this specific vacancy/vacancies
- We will then get to work compiling a longlist of candidates that match the skills description from the previous conversation
- We will then start wittling these candidates down into a shortlist through rigirious conversations CV analysing and previous work history research
- When we have compiled a shortlist of candidates we think may be suitable and worth interviewing for the position we will take another deep dive into the intricate details of the projects these candidates have taken part in and their overall contributions
- Following this you will recieve the in question candidates CV and front sheet which will have extensibve details on the candiates work history, notice period, reason for leaving current/previous position, right to work, current/previous salary, expected salary etc.
- If you then decide to interview this candidate we will arrange suitable times for both sides and make sure the candidate is fully briefed and prepared for the interview including checking they are prepared on the day of the interview.
- If the interview stage/stages go well we will continously keep you informed on the candidates thoughts on the position right up to offer stage
- If a candidate is made an offer through Birchwell Associates which is accepted we will continue manage the process through contract stage and start date to make sure your company is well informed and never left in the lurch.

- Our standard Terms of Business for a Permanent and Contract appointment is 20%, talk to one of our directors for further information.
